The vision and object of the excellent staff, numbering 38 in all, is to maintain Deansgate as the preferred retirement foundation for the elderly in the area. The staff is headed by Mrs Sandra Cadle who is the General Manager and Health Director being herself an experienced and highly qualified nurse. She is ex officio a member of the Board of Trustees that meets as an executive committee at least once a month.
